The Great Book of Norlandian Law

TITLE I — FOUNDATIONS OF THE STATE
Article 1 — The Republic
Norlandia is a unified sovereign micronation, built on order, loyalty, and strength. The President of Norlandia is the living embodiment of the nation’s will and represents the supreme authority over its people and lands.
Article 2 — National Ideals
The Republic stands for:

Discipline before disarray.

Order before freedom.

Honor before comfort.
Article 3 — The National Identity

Flag: The Norlandian Banner, symbol of endurance and unity.

Motto: Strength in Unity.

Capital: Norlandia Central.

Currency: Norlandian Crown (NLC).

National Faith: Loyalty to Norlandia itself.
TITLE II — GOVERNMENT AND POWER
Article 4 — The President
The President is the supreme ruler and voice of Norlandia.
The President:
-
Enacts and enforces all national laws.

Commands the Norlandian Guard.

Oversees the Ministries and their appointed officials.
-
Holds power to pardon, revoke citizenship, or expel any individual from Norlandian territory.

May suspend laws in times of national threat or disorder.
Article 5 — The Vice President
The Vice President serves as the second-in-command of the Republic, assisting in all government functions and representing the Office of the President during absence.
Article 6 — The Minister of Home Affairs
The Minister of Home Affairs is in charge of the community and the life we live in Norlandia.
TITLE III — CITIZENS AND THEIR DUTIES
Article 7 — Citizenship
Citizenship in Norlandia is a privilege, not a right.
To obtain or maintain citizenship, one must:

Uphold Norlandian values.

Respect the President and government.

Participate positively in the community.
Article 8 — Right to Life and Protection from Harm
All citizens are guaranteed protection from unlawful violence, harm, or cruelty.
Any form of physical injury, torture, or deliberate endangerment is strictly forbidden and shall be punished by the Court of Order.
Article 9 — Conduct and Order
Citizens shall behave with discipline and respect in public and online spaces.
Disruption, rebellion, or public disrespect toward the State or its leaders is punishable by reprimand, fine, or suspension of citizenship rights.
Article 10 — Speech and Expression
Speech that promotes Norlandian unity, creativity, and pride is encouraged.
Speech that undermines national integrity, spreads falsehoods, or insults officials shall be silenced under the Free Speech Limitation Act.
TITLE IV — LAW AND JUSTICE
Article 11 — The Court of Order
The Court of Order is Norlandia’s central judicial body.
It may:

Hold citizens accountable under the “Guilty Until Proven Innocent” principle.

Issue verdicts, banishments, and official reprimands.

Uphold the word of the President as final law.
Article 12 — Investigation and Proof
Those accused are presumed guilty until innocence is verified by evidence or presidential mercy.
Investigations are led by the Ministry of Justice under the direct command of the President.
Article 13 — Punishments
Depending on severity, offenders may face:

Written or public reprimand.

Temporary or permanent loss of citizenship.

Expulsion from Norlandian spaces.

Full judicial review by presidential order.
TITLE V — ECONOMY AND TRADE
Article 14 — The Norlandian Crown
The Norlandian Crown (NLC) (coming soon) and Canadian Dollar is the sole currencies recognized by the Republic.
It represents loyalty and contribution to the nation’s development.
Article 15 — Taxation and Contribution
Every citizen contributes to Norlandia through tax or service.
Taxes fund healthcare, infrastructure, and the expansion of Norlandian society.
Article 16 — The Norlandian Shop
All trade within the Norlandian Shop is state-regulated.
Sales fund government programs and cultural development.
Price manipulation, fraud, or unauthorized trade is punishable by the Ministry of Economy.
TITLE VI — NATIONAL WELLBEING
Article 17 — Health and Care
Basic healthcare and wellness services are free to all registered citizens, funded by the national tax system.
Specialized treatments may require additional contribution through Crown payment.
Article 18 — Safety
Citizens are entitled to safety in both physical and digital realms.
Harassment, stalking, or disruption of peace is treated as a national offense.
TITLE VII — NATIONAL CULTURE AND HOLIDAYS
Article 19 — National Days

President’s Day (April 16) — Celebration of leadership and unity.

Bonfire Contribute (May 10) — Festival of light, loyalty, and national service.

Kodak Day (November 16) — Celebration of the life of kodak.
Article 20 — National Spirit
Citizens must show respect during national holidays and ceremonies.
Failure to do so shall be treated as dishonor against the Republic.
TITLE VIII — FINAL PROVISIONS
Article 21 — Enforcement
All laws within this book are enforceable by the Ministry of Internal Order and overseen by the President.
No law or decree may contradict this document unless altered by presidential order.
Article 22 — Amendments
New laws and bills may be proposed by Ministers or the President.
Once signed and declared publicly, they become part of this Great Book.
Article 23 — The Will of Norlandia
The Great Book of Norlandian Law stands eternal until rewritten by the President or the People’s Council in times of renewal.
